  1. Dein Arzt stellt Dir eine Verordnung \u00fcber ambulanten Rehabilitationssport aus<\/li>\n
  2. Deine Krankenkasse genehmigt Dir diese Verordnung.<\/li>\n
  3. Du meldest Dich\u00a0in der SVK-Gesch\u00e4ftsstelle, oder direkt in den Rehasportkursen an<\/li>\n
  4. Der zust\u00e4ndige \u00dcbungsleiter w\u00e4hlt, abh\u00e4ngig von Deinem Krankheitsbild und Deiner Belastbarkeit, die passende Rehasport-Gruppe aus und gibt Dir pers\u00f6nlich alle notwendigen Infos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/tab][tab icon_family=“none“ title=“Welche Kosten entstehen Dir?“ id=“1752606705274-6″ tab_id=“1752606705275-4″][vc_column_text]Die Verg\u00fctung f\u00fcr die Teilnahme am Rehabilitationssport ist zwischen den Anbietern und den gesetzlichen Krankenkassen vertraglich geregelt. Wenn Du dem Sportverein Kirchzarten e.V. eine durch eine Krankenkasse genehmigte \u00e4rztliche Verordnung vorlegst, entstehen keine Kosten f\u00fcr Dich.<\/p>\n
